1. How long does shipping take?
All items are made to order. Production typically takes 2–5 business days, plus shipping. Shipping times may vary by location.
2. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping times will vary depending on your country.
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number on the carrier’s website to check delivery status.
4. What if my item is lost or delivered late?
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your package, please check with your local post office first. If the issue is not resolved, contact us at support@mtytapparel.com.
5. Can I return or exchange my order?
All items are made to order. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing or preference.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the item, and we’ll provide a replacement or refund.
